Having a hard time squeezing in an exercise routine? It can feel hard to find time to better yourself when you have kiddo’s running around the house, requiring your full attention at all times. However, it is important to find time to get a little exercise in during your week. Incorporate this short, at-home, exercise routine into your week during nap time or after you have put the kids to bed. Not only will your body thank you for exercising but your mind will too! The Routine
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Push-ups (on knees if needed)
- 20 High-knees
- 20 Sit-ups or Crunches
- 30 Butt-kicks
- 30 Wide leg squats
- 20 Jumping jacks
- 20 Sit-ups or crunches
- 10 High-knees
- 10 Push-ups (on knees if needed)
If you have time or you are really looking to see results do this twice! If you find that you need a break take a 15-second break in between each one. Do what you feel comfortable with and increase these when you are ready. This is time for YOU!
