Many moms are nervous to workout and stay fit while pregnant. However, with the baby on the way, it is very important for your health and theirs to keep up your fitness and health habits. Noell Yanik provides professional training to men and women in helping them conquer any fears they may have with working out, helping them take charge of their bodies. Noell is a mom of soon to be 2 kids, and with her second baby on the way, is focusing on prenatal health and fitness and sharing her experience and success with other soon-to-be mommies through online free prenatal video tips! She is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer and is certified with HumanKinetics,Winning Sports Nutrition, 2nd ed., and HumanKinetics, Total Control ‘Optimal Pelvic Floor Health.’ She spends her days working as a coach and motivator, consulting as a fitness expert for Fox News, Good Day Charlotte, and was a finalist in the Women’s Health Next Fitness Star competition in 2014.

Accommodating the demands of pregnancy, birth and raising a baby can be hard to adjust with your fitness and health habits. Your fitness goals are constantly changing with each stage and step of your journey. Noell Yanik, having gone through one baby and currently on her second, understands these challenges and works with women stay on their feet, feel healthy and strong, and nurture their growing babies. She focuses on doing what’s best for your bodies and your baby’s.

Her fitness exercises and philosophy focuses on maintaining and growing muscular strength, balance, and strengthening the core. Her exercises include moves from yoga, and weight lifting to instill good habits. She highlights the importance of breath control and posture in all of her fitness practices.
